We offer FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders over $35. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for ROUND TRIP exchange shipping fees.

ALL PACKAGES in the U.S. will be shipped by the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE First Class Mail. Priority Mail or UPS can be requested for an ADDITIONAL cost. Please contact us PRIOR to purchase for cost to your address. FedEx is unavailable from our area. Overnight and second day shipping are unavailable from our area.

For U.S. packages there will be a delivery confirmation number only, not an actual tracking number. Please understand we cannot be responsible for postal delays which are, of course, out of our hands. In the unlikely event your order is lost by the postal system it will be REPLACED AT OUR EXPENSE and shipped when ready by the ORIGINAL SHIPPING METHOD in which you paid, not expedited at our expense. We at HappyGoLicky Jewelry use the USPS shipping timeline guide as a reference in good will, and we apologize, in advance, for any unexpected & unforeseen, yet possible, delays caused by the United States Post Office. (Custom work that miss a deadline due to rare postal delays are still a final sale.)

Delivery confirmation numbers are only available for the contiguous 48 states plus Hawaii & Alaska. Depending on area higher shipping rates may apply. Tracking numbers MAY NOT be available for any other US territory. Shipping to ANY OTHER U.S. territory WILL TAKE longer, possibly up to 6 weeks. Packages sent to these territories REQUIRE a full 6 WEEKS from SHIPPING DATE before considered "lost in the mail" and replacements are made & sent OR REFUNDS are given.

Most items can be personalized so all jewelry is MADE TO ORDER, not kept in stock. If a time frame is crucial please contact me PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Other items & fully custom designs, of course, will require additional time. CONTACT US ON ETSY, not email, for work schedule.

********* WORK SCHEDULE *********

Our work schedule is an APPROXIMATION ONLY as it is IMPOSSIBLE to guess the amount of customers order received daily. ALL pieces are HANDMADE and may take longer due to an unexpected delay in one or more of the 8 steps of creation, or other unforeseen circumstance such as a death in the family or personal illness- all of which are RARE but HAVE HAPPENED in the past. HappyGoLicky rings are handmade, not mass produced, by ONE artist without outsourcing any of the 8 steps. Rest assured we will dedicate the required time to each step to assure our EXCELLENT QUALITY without compromising. Your understanding of any unexpected delay is much appreciated. Packages will ship USPS first class mail.

********* INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING *********

COVID is causing EXTREME delays for international delivery. Shipping to ANYWHERE outside the USA is taking up to 60 DAYS. If you feel this unusual delay of 8 weeks is too long, please do not purchase at this time, and visit us again after the pandemic subsides.

If order includes "ready-to-ship" items AND "made-to-order" pieces then the order will ship TOGETHER when full order is complete.

+++ Due to the unpredictability of CUSTOMS and the backlog of imported items into
countries, INTERNATIONAL packages CANNOT BE GUARANTEED by a certain date, and are ineligible for our RUSH service.

+++ DUTIES & TAXES: HappyGoLicky follows regulations and states the true retail price on all Customs forms as required by law. Buyer is responsible for inquiring with their government if duty will be added.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when items are returned to us as 'undeliverable' due to unpaid duties by buyer. There are no refunds for shipping costs of these unclaimed packages. If item is to be internationally shipped for a second time, shipping costs will be paid by buyer and include an additional 8.5% for commission and credit card processing transaction costs. We refrain from 3rd shipping attempts.

Due to the Customs paperwork and time involved in 'return to sender' unclaimed international packages we require a full 6 WEEKS from return SHIPPING DATE before considered "lost in the mail" or "missing" before replacements are made or refunds given.

+++ DUE TO COVID Int'l packages are taking 8 weeks in transit! We REQUIRE a full 8 WEEKS from SHIPPING DATE before considered "lost in the mail" and replacements are made & sent OR REFUNDS are given (4 WEEKS if in CANADA.) CUSTOM orders needing replacements will be STARTED only AFTER this 8 WEEK period and are subject to our current work completion schedule. The inexpensive shipping price offered in our shop DOES NOT include any sort of tracking number, only a customs number, so due patience is appreciated. We are sorry for the unforeseen inconvenience of the postal system's mistakes, reroutes, and delays.

If duties are due orders will not be delivered until they are paid. If they are unpaid then package might be returned to us. See DUTIES & TAXES above.
