One of my favorite materials is something I call “Surfite” — a truly unique, eco-friendly gem born from the surfboard-making process. While crafting surfboards, colorful resin spills onto the floor and is usually discarded. I rescue and polish these vibrant resin chunks into beads and cabochons, turning waste into wearable art. Because each chunk has its own natural patterns and layers, no two pieces are ever the same.
